What the website collects
The guided form asks for your name and email address, state of residence, the purpose and type of trip, route and timing, number of travelers, budget status, requested trip components, high-level service preferences, and your optional interest in general travel-protection information.
The form is deliberately not designed to collect payment-card information, passwords, passport numbers, diagnoses, medical records, research-subject information, or confidential technical material. Please do not enter any of those items in the form or ordinary email.
Why the information is used
The information helps Andy understand and respond to your inquiry, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and prepare travel options if you choose to continue. Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation or authorize a booking.
Where the inquiry goes
The website saves each accepted inquiry in a private area and then tries to notify Andy by email. You may receive a reference number for follow-up.
The business number, (617) 807-0161, is available for general calls and text messages only. To maintain an accurate written record, trip-planning information, requests, changes, decisions, and approvals are accepted only through this website or email. Information provided only by phone or text will not be used to plan or book travel.
If you proceed as a client, relevant information may later be entered into approved Atlas Coast, MyAtlas, or supplier systems as required for the service. Payment authorization is handled only through approved secure supplier or MyAtlas processes. Do not send payment information through this website or ordinary email.
Cookies and browser storage
The form uses a temporary cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicates. It does not save a form draft in your browser. The website does not use advertising trackers or third party analytics.
The Site Guide
The Site Guide uses fixed answers written by Andy. The Atlas2Catalyst website code filters the answers in your browser and does not transmit or save what you type into the guide. Using the guide does not submit an inquiry. The guide does not use artificial intelligence, contact an outside service, or add tracking.
Retention and deletion
Inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, meet applicable business and legal requirements, and resolve disputes or security issues. You may ask about an inquiry or request an appropriate correction or deletion by emailing the address below. Some records may need to be retained when required by law, a host agency obligation, or a legitimate dispute or security need.
Important limits
No ordinary website or email can eliminate every risk. Keep initial details limited to what is needed for travel planning. Atlas2Catalyst does not provide urgent or in-trip emergency assistance. Contact the relevant supplier or local emergency services when appropriate.
